Application

Refers to the mobile software program named American Panda, available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Company

Refers to American Panda, operating from Egypt.

Service

Refers to the American Panda Application and all related services.

User / You

Means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Account

Means a registered user profile created to access certain features of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

If You are between 13 and 18 years old, You may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an Account, You represent and warrant that You meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

• Users are required to create an Account to access certain features.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

By uploading content, you:

5. Payments and Purchases

• The Application does not offer in-app purchases.

• Users cannot purchase physical goods or products through the Application.

• If any paid services are offered externally, they are governed by separate agreements.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms.

The Company:

• Does not control third-party services.

• Is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

• Recommends reviewing their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Application, including:

• Logos

• Design

• Software

• Graphics

• Branding

is the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service

• Use the Service for fraudulent or harmful purposes

• Upload malicious code or viruses

Violation may result in immediate termination.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the Service

• You engage in unlawful activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Total liability shall not exceed 100 USD if no payment has been made through the Service.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation

• Continuous availability

• Compatibility with all devices

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
